Laurie was born in 1974. He studied Visual Arts at Lancaster University were he was awarded a first class BA Hons. Laurie then went on to become an Art Tutor. In 1997 Laurie furthered his studies and returned to University to gain an MA in Art and Art History. Laurie has been tutoring in drawing and painting ever since. His works can be seen in private, public and corporate collections throughout the UK.
